Every investor and issuer who transacts on Fractional 1 pays a 1.5% commission on the deal.

70% flows to the dividend pool
Of every dollar collected, 70% goes into the platform-equity dividend pool. The remaining 30% funds operations.

Quarterly USDC distribution
Each quarter, the pool distributes pro-rata in USDC to every FRAC1 holder. The contract is on-chain and verifiable.
